Mancuso Commercial Realty is a spin off of Joseph L. Mancuso's Incubator concept started in 1959. Known the world over as the Batavia Industrial Center located on Harvester Ave in Batavia N.Y. the world's first business Incubator.

When trying to fill the family owned 1,000,000sq ft of buildings he would come across business that had requirements the  Batavia Industrial Center could not meet. That is when he saw the need for a real estate brokerage company to help industries fill there needs. They sold and leased there additional space created in the downsizing of  large industries in Western N.Y. in the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Working with companies like Lipton Foods, HJ Heinz and Sylvania, the real estate brokerage got its wings and started down  the road of solving problems and filling needs for companies of all sizes throughout the world.

 In the 90's and the early years of the 21st century Mancuso Commercial Realty continues to soar by rezoning and developing 100's of acres of land  and  filling buildings from Watertown to Jamestown, continuing to create jobs and build the economy of the region's that they work in.

2005, Tony now President and CEO of Mancuso Commercial Realty worked with Milton Cat of Milford Mass. in a very successful relocation and growth into a brand new 20 million dollar facility on over 50 acres of land, that added 100 jobs to the community. Mancuso Commercial Realty also marketed and Sold Milton Cats 43,000 sq ft  Rochester NY facility.

 Mancuso Commercial Realty team has recently completed an over fifteen year process of rezoning and developing 100 acres of commercial land in the Town of Batavia that has resulted in to over 900 new jobs and over 100 million dollars invested into the Verterns Memorial Drive area.

The project know as Veterans Memorial Drive or the former Sommersdorf farm,  was the last project started and completed by Joe and Tony before Joe's passing in April of 2008.
